You asked for it, and we listened! SalesOutlook, Inc., developers
of “common sense” Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
tools for Microsoft Outlook, Office and Outlook Web Access,
announced today the pending release of SalesOutlook CRM
4.0. SalesOutlook CRM 4.0 is the first version of
SalesOutlook’s family of Common Sense CRM software products
to be tested and qualified to run on Microsoft Exchange
Server 2003 and the Microsoft Office System, the centerpieces
of Microsoft’s collaboration technologies. In addition
to providing support for new Microsoft technologies, SalesOutlook
CRM 4.0 enhances performance via a new cache mode and sports
a new, customizable interface sure to win kudos from SalesOutlook
users.
SalesOutlook
CRM 4.0 is designed to empower today’s knowledge worker
by turning Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web Access into
an easy-to-use, easy-to-support relationship management
system. Exchange Server 2003, combined with the Microsoft
Office System and SalesOutlook, will provide SalesOutlook
customers with improved performance through a new offline
data caching feature. In addition, new capabilities
like using RPC over HTTP to synchronize offline data and
the the enhancements made to Outlook Web Access will enable
SalesOutlook customers to improve information security while
simultaneously maximizing performance, increasing availability
and lowering ongoing support costs.

product release with Exchange 2003, and we are satisfied
that SalesOutlook 3.5f users can upgrade to it today.
Now we are working to make sure that SalesOutlook CRM 4.0
can be deployed as a part of the Exchange Server 2003 and
the Microsoft Office System migration projects already on
our customers’ plates.”
