Purpose:

 

The Purpose of a Statement of Work is to set out the general scope and terms of the professional services to be delivered by SalesOutlook Professional Services including a comprehensive plan to better align the client?s internal implementation of SalesOutlook with their unique Sales & Marketing Processes.  More specifically, Client seeks to engage Consultant to:

  • Model the Sales & Marketing Processes

  • Analyze the business requirements & Develop a Functional Requirements Document

  • Configure the SalesOutlook system

  • Deliver customized training to the users

  • Provide ongoing user adoption support with coaching sessions for the Sales Team.  
     

The highly structured and systematic Quick-Start Methodology outlined in this proposal can help
Clients to manage information in a more efficient manner, streamline and automate certain business processes and improve the productivity of the organization.  Additionally, SalesOutlook Professional Services proposes to help Client with the design, configuration and implementation of certain critical business (workflow) processes.
