I have been looking at Microsoft CRM and reading newsgroup posts. MSCRM has a lot going for it but has a couple of major flaws. The first is the lack of a feature to generate letters from within the CRM application. It is possible to do this with Email but most SME
users will still rely heavily upon traditional written letters to send
to contacts and accounts. Anyone should look at
SalesOutlook to see how it should be implemented.

Innovation is the
key to SalesOutlook’s success.
Since 1998, SalesOutlook, Inc. has led the industry in
creating a fully integrated Outlook CRM application.
SalesOutlook’s innovations have set the standard for
others to follow. SalesOutlook was first to create a
fully customizable Outlook CRM application, first to
create the drop down interface, first to have item level
security, first to have email management, first to
integrate PDA support, first to have an OWA client,
first to have direct SQL access to Outlook folder data
via ODBC,
first to have a low cost multi-user client and the list
goes on.

For many
organizations whether large or small SalesOutlook CRM is
the practical choice to make sales and service data available
anytime or anywhere within Microsoft Outlook!
Get More Value From Microsoft Office And Exchange Server
SalesOutlook CRM is designed to leverage
your team's familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and your
existing Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. This means
that everyone is up and running in just a few days using
SalesOutlook Outlook CRM software inside the environment
they already know and are comfortable using (Microsoft Outlook).
It also means there is little (if any) "negative impact"
to individual and group productivity as compared to typical
CRM or Contact Management applications.
Because everyone already uses Microsoft Outlook and
Office, user acceptance issues become a thing of
the past! Best of all, customer information stays
up to date because everyone uses SalesOutlook as they send
and receive email using Microsoft Outlook.

SalesOutlook CRM Is
Flexible And Easy To Use
Because SalesOutlook Outlook CRM leverages
the existing Outlook and Office environments users need
very little training. SalesOutlook offers an intuitive,
easy-to-use design and leverages the Microsoft
technology you already own.
With SalesOutlook, there is no need for costly or time consuming upgrades and
new server deployments. Individuals not using
Exchange Server may either subscribe to a hosting
service or use SalesOutlook in its "stand-alone"
database mode. An Exchange Server is required to
share data, however. No SQL Server or MSDE
databases are required to use SalesOutlook. However,
SalesOutlook's unique reporting engine allows you to use
SQL reporting tools to report on the data.
Many SalesOutlook CRM customers deploy our
customer-focused Account Management and Team Collaboration
software in a matter of days with little or no assistance
from consultants. SalesOutlook makes it that easy. And since SalesOutlook further leverages
existing organizational assets the overall return on investment
it generates makes Wall Street's most savvy investors envious.
The bottom line is: SalesOutlook CRM software
is very affordable to buy, implement and own, and it will
help everyone in your organization be more productive while
improving response times to customers, prospects and partners
to ultimately increase sales and satisfaction. That's
how SalesOutlook impacts your bottom line. It
helps you keep costs down while maximizing revenue.
